What is the return policy?
We do not take refunds unless explicit damage is shown in the garment. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Do you ship to the UK/ internationally?
Yes! We currently ship within the UK, Europe, and North America. We're happy to offer worldwide shipping.
Just a heads-up: internationals shipments may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping cost and are usually collected by your local custom office upon delivery.
Is this [piece] available?
Handmade jackets are sometimes one-offs, if a piece has been sold, it will always be marked SOLD. If you see AVAILABLE, feel free to check the caption from more details and DM us directly for inquiries or to purchase. Most pieces that are posted through different platforms (TikTok) have already been sold. We recommend you always rely on our Instagram to be in time for our drops, especially with our post notifications on. @nukraofficial
Will this [piece] come back in stock?
Probably not in the exact form. Since we use limited, often locally sourced fabrics, the chances of restocking the same kurti are slim. Each jacket is unique to its fabric and moments.
That said, if a design was especially loved, we sometimes create similar versions or reinterpretations, when the right materials are available. These aren't immediate, but they do happen with time and care. So keep an eye out!
What sizes are your jackets/ dresses in?
We try our very best to make our pieces are inclusive and wearable as possible. Most of our designs are one-size and include adjustable features like ties at the back, so you can fit the piece to your body in a way that feels right for you. If you ever need exacr measurements, feel free to drop us a DM, we're happy to help!
For reference, the model you'll see most of our photos is 5'5 and usually wears a UK size 8-10.
