We Ship Worldwide

Customer to pay for shipping both international and in the United Kingdom shipping. 

Processing Time

  • As each item is handmade or made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. This will allow us to check if the piece is ready and durable to the best of the ability of the designer has provided to ensure everything is secure and safe to ship. 

  •  You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

  • We ship worldwide, but please note:
    Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

  • We cannot predict or control the amount of these charges, as they vary by country and order value.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
